Liselle Management Instagram Giveaway Terms & Conditions

🗓 1. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway hosted by @lisellemgmt begins on July 4, 2024 at 10:00 AM PST and ends on July 25, 2024 at 7:00 PM PST. Entries submitted after this deadline will not be considered.

🌍 2. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to:

• Participants any age

• Valid Instagram accounts only - public or private profiles are eligible

• No purchase is necessary to enter or win
  Employees, family members, or affiliates of Liselle Management or participating brands are not eligible to win.

✅ 3. How to Enter

To enter the giveaway, participants must:

1. Follow @lisellemgmt on Instagram

2. Follow all accounts that @lisellemgmt is following at the time of entry

3. Tag 3 friends in the comments of the official giveaway post on @lilyraeharper

   • Unlimited entries allowed for tagging friends

    

🎁 4. Bonus Entries

Participants can earn additional entries by completing the following optional actions:

• Subscribe to Lily Rae Harper’s YouTube channel - www.youtube.com/@lilyraeharper

• Share the giveaway post to their Instagram Story and tag @lisellemgmt this can be actioned daily.
  

All bonus entries will be manually reviewed and confirmed before winner selection.

🏆 5. Winner Selection

• Three (3) winners will be selected at random after the giveaway closes.

• 1 Gold, 1 Silver, and 1 Bronze prize tier will be awarded.

• Winners will be selected within 7 business days of the closing date.

• Bonus entries and main entries will be considered together in the random draw.

📣 6. Winner Announcement

• Winners will be announced via Instagram Stories and a post on @lisellemgmt

• Winners will be contacted via DM from the verified account @lilyraeharper ONLY

• Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If no response is received, a new winner will be selected.

📦 7. Prize Claim & Delivery

• Prizes will be shipped directly to each winner free of charge.

• Winners must provide a valid name, shipping address, and confirmation of eligibility.

• Prizes may take 4+ weeks to arrive depending on shipping location.

• Liselle Management is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments and those items will not be replaced

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, you release Instagram of any responsibility. All entrants must follow Instagram’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Use.

Emails collected through Lily Rae Harper’s brand may be used for future marketing purposes with opt-in consent. No data will be sold or shared with outside parties. Winners’ information will be used solely for prize fulfillment.
